    1How to prepare
    You do not need to prepare anything for your first session. Just come as you are, bring whatever topic is present for you and we go from there.
    2What to expect
    The goal is longterm, sustainable change. We aim to empower you to act independently and live a self-directed life, which means that we will incorporate values and (new) habits into the coaching. I generally like to work with good questions, exploring beliefs that might be holding you back, working with your strengths and resources, creating a plan with actionable steps
    3How many sessions
    That is entirely up to you to decide. As a general rule, the first session is dedicated to topic exploration and goal setting. The number of subsequent sessions depends on the goal and on how much support you want. Most importantly, coaching is meant to empower you to continue independently after the sessions have been concluded.
